CVoter’s exit poll data for the 2024 Jharkhand Vidhan Sabha elections highlights a close contest between the NDA and the INDIA Block, with the NDA slightly ahead in projected vote share at 41.8%, compared to the INDIA Block's 39.2%.

Jharkhand went to polls in two phases on 13th and 20th November. The last year or so has seen a spate of developments that completely altered the direction of politics in the state as the incumbent Chief Minister and Congress leader Hemant Soren was arrested on corruption charges. The results took a further turn as his interim replacement, Champai Soren, defected to the Bharatiya Janata Party shortly before an assembly election and right after the return of Hemant Soren.

CVoter’s exit poll data for the 2024 Jharkhand Vidhan Sabha elections highlights a close contest between the NDA and the INDIA Block, with the NDA slightly ahead in projected vote share at 41.8%, compared to the INDIA Block's 39.2%. The "Others" category accounts for 18.9% of the vote share, which could significantly influence outcomes in closely contested constituencies.

Regional analysis reveals varied trends. The NDA leads in Palamu (47.7%) and Chhota Nagpur (42.1%), while the INDIA Block dominates in Santhal (44.6%) and maintains a slim lead in Kolahan (41.7%). Kolanchal stands as a competitive region, with NDA at 37.5% and INDIA Block at 35.3%, leaving 27.3% of votes to others.

The data, with a margin of error of ±3% statewide and ±5% regionally, suggests a highly fragmented electorate, making seat conversion critical. The influence of smaller parties and independents could play a decisive role, particularly in regions like Kolanchal and Santhal. This election marks a pivotal moment for Jharkhand, with its stability and political trajectory hinging on these results.
